Fan Tix and Early Birds Ticket Exchange It is possible to exchange a Fan Tix/Early Birds Ticket purchased by the customer in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for a Ticket that is not a personal ticket. The exchange takes place on the basis of purchase by the Event Participant of the same type of ticket (weekend pass, weekend pass with a camping site, four-day pass, four-day pass with a camping site) to the bearer (without data marking) at the price valid on the day of submitting the application, no earlier than from the start of ticket sales in the Regular pool, plus a service fee, and after verifying the implementation of the new order, the Event Participant receives a refund for the canceled Fan ticket Tix/Early Birds. The refund is made within 14 days of verification. Tickets OzN The offer does not include special tickets for people with disabilities. If a person with a disability wants to participate in the Event with a support person, each of these people is obliged to have Tickets. Ticket verification Before the first entry to the Event area, the ticket must be verified once and exchanged for an ID (wristband). It can be used by one person. Only ID holders are entitled to enter and stay at the Event. Using a ticket to enter the event constitutes acceptance of the Event Regulations. Free entry to the festival area The purchase of a ticket is not valid for a minor who is under 3 years of age on the day of admission to the Event (person born after July 4, 2023). KIDS Tickets - Children who are 3 years old and under 12 years old on the day of exchanging the Ticket for an ID card (person born after July 4, 2014) can benefit from a 50% discount. Exemption from the need to purchase a Ticket and the possibility of using a 50% discount for children (3-12 years old) must be documented by presenting any document confirming the child's age at the entrance to the Event. If you do not present a document confirming the child's age, you must pay an additional fee to the Ticket in the amount of the difference between the value of the Ticket and the value of the discounted Ticket, according to the price list applicable on the date of purchase, or purchase the Ticket.
