Thanks to this, every event participant, regardless of the sector, will be closer to the artists than ever before, surrounded by music, light and energy that will make everyone dance. The participant submits a declaration of withdrawal and a request for a refund at the place of purchase, and for tickets purchased outside the organizer's premises or remotely, via the electronic means through which the ticket was purchased. Admission to a mass event for minors under 16 years of age is allowed only under the supervision of an adult. Persons over 16 years of age and under 18 years of age are obliged to present a statement from their parent or authorized guardian.
